New evidence has been recovered in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case which may cause trouble for the ministers of chief minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi.
The Crime Branch of India has reportedly recovered a compact disc
which has the recorded discussion between the top leaders of Gujarat and
police officials.
The discussion held is about deflecting the investigation in the Ishrat jahan encounter case.
The CD was submitted to CBI by the police officer who had filed the
charge sheet in the case GL Singhal. Singhal was earlier arrested for
not being able to file the charge sheet in time.
