These pictures are testimony to the fact that law and order in
Uttar Pradesh is unlikely to improve. Faizabad was tense after alleged
gang-rape of 17-year-old girl but senior officers were seen dancing and
enjoying at a programme.
These pictures were clicked on Sunday night. On sunday, the girl’s
body was forcibly buried by the police which ignited clashes with the
police.
