As the name of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose makes headlines for
Bharat Ratan, demand for clearing air over mystery of his sudden
disappearances is gaining momentum.
The apex court bench, headed by Chief Justice RM Lodha declined to
hold the hearing and told advocate ML Sharma, the petitioner in the
case, to file an application for immediate hearing of the case.
