One-Man VS One Family: BJP Asks Congress About 650 Schemes In The Name Of Gandhi Family

national news

BJP's Lok Sabha poll campaign is weaved around Narendra Modi. This has given the Congress party an opportunity to brand it one man show in BJP. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday directly took on BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi saying that the 2014 Lok Sabha election was a battle of ideologies."While our (Congress) ideology is to empower the people, their ideology is about a single man taking all the decisions," said Priyanka campaigning in Rae Bareli, her mother and Congress President Sonia Gandhi's constituency. Under attack for pursuing personality-based politics by making Narendra Modi a fulcrum of its campaign for 2014 general elections, BJP today charged Congress with glorifying contributions of one family by launching a staggering 650 schemes in the name of Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.
