CAG interrogates pvt discom officials in Delhi

New Delhi:  Teams from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India visited the offices of the three private discoms in Delhi to begin with the audit of their financial records on request of the incumbent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in the national capital.

                                                       

The CAG teams interrogated the officials from BSES Rajdhani, BSES Yamuna and Tata Power Delhi Distribution limited. The discoms have however continuously contesting the CAG’s authority to carry out the audit of the private discoms. Read more
