Thiruvananthapuram: After Chief Minister Oommen Chandy demanded an apology fromAam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas for his racist remarks about Kerala nurses, the AAPleader refused to apologise to the CM saying, "I shall not apologise to the Congress' 'goondas', who vandalized his party's office in Kochi."
